Director of Operations
Mark spent three decades in enterprise IT, twenty of them at Mary Kay, where he built data centers in Dallas, London, Shanghai, and Hong Kong and directed network engineering teams supporting operations in 29 countries and seven data centers.
He runs operations at Create A Legacy: the schedules, the standards, and the handoffs that decide whether a build becomes infrastructure or becomes somebody's problem.

Vendor Management & Cost Optimization
Mark sat on the core team for Mary Kay's $150 million, 400,000-square-foot manufacturing plant, owning a $10 million technology budget across network, server, telephony, A/V, help desk, and supply chain. He built engineering teams in Shanghai and Moscow from nothing and set the global standards they ran on. One vendor-management overhaul he designed cut more than $500,000 a year in wasted telecom spend and kept returning every year after. That is the discipline he brings to every CAL engagement: systems that survive a bad week, documented well enough that the client can run them without us.
Why the trades trust him
In addition to recently co-authoring a stock market financial analysis suite of tools, Mark has rehabbed and sold more than 50 residential houses and spent his career around construction, manufacturing, and the trades.
When a builder, contractor, or business owner describes project costs, ROIs, a week of missed calls, chased quotes, and paperwork at 9 PM, he does not need it translated.
