Shawn Mahdavi
Founder & CEO
Shawn has spent more than 35 years turning business vision into strategy, systems and structure. He co-founded a national credit restoration firm, led a Dallas marketing firm for eight years, and turned around his family's auto center, more than doubling revenue before a successful sale. At CAL he sets direction, leads client and partner relationships, and decides what is worth building.
Mark spent three decades in enterprise IT, twenty of them at Mary Kay, where he built data centers across four countries and directed network operations spanning 29 countries and seven data centers. He runs operations at CAL, turning what we sell into what actually ships: real solutions with real error handling and real documentation, on schedule.
Shika is a learning architect and corporate strategist with more than two decades designing enterprise learning across philanthropy, financial services and education. She holds an EdD from Texas A&M University and leads how clients adopt new technology: training, enablement and change management, so automation becomes the way people work.
