What's the difference between AI automation and AI agents?

AI automation is process: a defined trigger fires a defined sequence (a form submission triggers a CRM record and a follow-up email). AI agents are open-ended: they take an instruction and decide how to act (an AI receptionist triages calls and books appointments without a pre-defined script for every situation). Most healthy operations use both. We install both.

Which CRM do you build on?

Can you handle compliance-sensitive workflows (HIPAA, financial)?

Yes. For workflows touching PHI or other regulated data, we install local LLMs on client hardware so sensitive data never leaves your network. For non-PHI workflows, we use cloud AI services with appropriate BAAs. Most healthy compliance postures end up as a hybrid of both. We work with your compliance officer or counsel to architect it correctly.
